Tour Pricing: Call or e-mail for free, no obligation on quotations. The costs of all tours is quoted per person, based on group size and the customized features of your tour. Tour prices will be affected by choice of hotel and the mode of transportation selected. Quoted prices are subject to availability at time of booking.

Booking: To confirm your reservations, we must receive the non-refundable booking deposit. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will begin the process of confirming your reservations. Upon booking, you will receive your Tour Agreement and a tentative itinerary.

Deposit and Cancellations: The Tour Agreement will provide you with a schedule for when additional deposits are due in our office. Additional deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to departure except for any amounts paid to suppliers to confirm your group reservations. Once final numbers have been turned in, ABSOLUTELY NO changes will be accepted or refunds given.

Credit Cards: For groups paying by credit cards (Master Card, Visa, or Discover): a service fee of 3% will be added to total balance.

Responsibility: All Aboard USA, Inc., its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns (collectively, “All Aboard Chattanooga Travel”) does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including; for example, lodging facilities, airlines, vessel or other transportation companies, guides or guide service, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions, food service providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, All Aboard USA is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any third party.

Without limitation, All Aboard USA is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, act of God or force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failures of airplanes or other means of transportation or any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely, dangers associated with animals, sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of or quality of medical care, illness or disease, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of All Aboard USA. Changes in hotels and itinerary may be made at the discretion of All Aboard USA or your local ground operator as it or they deem necessary or desirable.

All Aboard USA reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any trip. All Aboard USA reserves the right to cancel any trip with its sole obligation to refund all monies received by it for the trip. All Aboard USA reserves the right to increase the tour cost if cost of the tour elements go up. Trip participants are solely responsible for securing their own passport, visas, medical inoculations, etc. These terms and conditions can be changed only pursuant to a writing signed by an officer of All Aboard USA.

Arbitration: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions, to this Tour Agreement, to the brochure, or any other information relating in anyway to the trip, or to the trip itself, shall be settled solely and exclusively by binding arbitration in Chattanooga, Tennessee, in accordance with the rules of the American
Arbitration Association then existent.

General Disclaimer:
In all matters relating to the making of arrangements for hotel/motel accommodations, sightseeing tours and services provided incidental thereto, entertainment, and transportation by air, railroad, motor coach, automobile, or steamship, All Aboard USA and its subsidiaries act only in the capacity of an agent for the airlines, hotels/motels and other suppliers stated in the tour literature describing the services purchased. Because of its status as an agent, and because it maintains no control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these travel service suppliers, All Aboard USA assumes no responsibility for and cannot be held reliable for any personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which maybe occasioned either by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any the suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee, of any of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrument owned, operated or otherwise used by any of these suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the supervision and control, direct or otherwise, of All Aboard USA.
